Ingredients for Ice-Cream:
1.Dairy free milk- 3 cups
2.Dates soaked in warm water and pureed-1/2 cup
3.Natural flavors- pure vanilla extract, Sri Lankan cinnamon powder ,cacao powder
4.Toppings- fresh cut fruits, cacao nibs, nuts, seeds
METHOD:
-All you need is a good blender. Blend all the ingredients until creamy, place it in a deep pan/ice cream moulds and freeze for 4-6 hrs.
-Add different flavours for different tastes.
-Add different toppings as per your choice.
