1/4 cup Cabbage
1 tbsp Salt
1 small or 1/2 long Green Chili
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
1.Finely chop or shred cabbage into long, thin pieces.
2.Grind green chili and mix with shredded cabbage.
3.Dry roast mustard seeds until they start popping. As soon as they start popping, immediately transfer to shredded cabbage. Squeeze lemon, add salt and mix everything together. Serve fresh! You can keep it for later use also.
